Southwest Orlando
Window Treatments in Dr. Phillips, FL
Established neighborhoods, mature landscaping, and a lot of houses now on their second or third set of window treatments.
Replacement work
Second and Third Generation Treatments
Dr. Phillips housing stock is largely established rather than new, which means most of what we do here is replacement. That changes the conversation, because people arrive knowing exactly what annoyed them about the last set, and that makes specifying the next set considerably easier.
The complaints are consistent. Verticals on a slider gone brittle and yellow. Cheap faux wood that has bowed. Cords that were never safe around grandchildren. Mature oak canopy means several rooms are now darker than they were twenty years ago, and the treatments were chosen for a light level that no longer exists.
- Slider verticals replaced with modern vertical or panel systems
- Cordless lift retrofitted throughout for safety
- Lighter fabrics where mature landscaping has reduced daylight
- Motorization added to windows that were never practical to reach
