What to Expect
We call to confirm
Usually within one business day. We'll agree a time that suits you, including evenings where we can.
A consultant comes to you
With the full sample library. Fabric behaves differently in your light than under showroom bulbs, which is the whole reason we do this at your house rather than ours.
Measuring and firm pricing
Every opening measured individually, then a real number before anyone leaves. No follow-up quote in the post.
