Yes, with no obligation attached. A consultant brings samples, measures what you want quoted, and leaves you with firm pricing. If you decide not to go ahead, that's the end of it and you owe nothing.
Two to four weeks is typical for most custom shades and blinds, because we build them here rather than importing. Shutters and larger motorized systems can run longer. You get a real date, not a range, before you commit.
The limited lifetime warranty covers defects in components and workmanship on what we manufacture, for as long as you own the treatment. It does not cover accidental damage, pets, or sun fade on fabric, which no manufacturer covers. The warranty page spells out the specifics.
